In a temp-to-hire assignment, you’ll start as a Will Source employee, working at one of our client companies that’s looking to add to their team. After a set period, if it feels like the right fit for both you and the employer, you’ll transition to their payroll—giving you the chance to try the job before making a long-term commitment.
