Will Source has deep roots in North Louisiana, tracing back to April 1968 when Wayne Williamson opened a franchise of Snelling Personnel Services in Monroe. In 2000, Wayne and his wife Kathy launched WillStaff Worldwide, growing the company to over 150 locations nationwide.

After WillStaff was acquired in 2009, Kathy went on to found Diversity One Staffing and Recruiting, expanding into three markets before selling the company. Continuing the family tradition, in 2019 their daughter Anna—bringing years of experience in North Louisiana’s staffing industry—established Will Source with two locations in Monroe and Ruston.

Today, Will Source carries forward a legacy of connecting talented people with great businesses, combining decades of expertise with a personal, hands-on approach.
