How do I apply or get started?

Applying is easy – start your application at www.willsourcestaffing.com or call one of our locations to schedule a time to come in and apply!

I have a resume, do I need to fill out an application?

Yes. A resume is a great tool to help you during your job search, but our proven methods go beyond the resume and a full application is required of all of our candidates. Our proven process does not rely on resume scans or keyword searches. Instead, our recruiters meet with you personally to understand your background, experience, and what you’re looking for in your next role.

What is the application and interview process like?

The application can be completed online or on a computer in our office. To complete the application, you will provide information about your work history (where you worked, the time period you worked there, and who you reported to); references – preferably 3 with at least 2 from past employers if possible; and your skills and educational background.

During your initial interview, the recruiter will go over the details in your applicant to get to know you better, identify any additional information that should be added to your application, and what you’re looking for in your next job. Additional interviews will be focused on specific job opportunities to determine your interest and compatibility with the company.

What is the pay structure and frequency?

Before you begin any assignment, your recruiter will review the expected schedule and pay rate with you. Timesheets are due to your on-site supervisor by the end of the day Monday, and pay is issued every Friday.

Will working for this agency help me get a permanent job?

Absolutely! Many of our temporary employees are hired by our clients. Each assignment helps you build experience, skills, and connections that can open doors to long-term employment.

Are there opportunities for advancement?

Yes. We work with many companies where we staff for multiple positions. When employees on temporary assignments do well in their existing job, those are the people our team and the client look to move up into other roles with that company.

Can you provide resume feedback?

Yes, we will provide resume feedback to anyone that is or has applied for a job when they come in to complete their application or during the initial interview.

What kind of support can I expect from Will Source during my assignment?

Our recruiters stay in touch throughout your assignment to make sure you have what you need to succeed. If any issues arise, we’re just a call away.

Do you check references?

What’s the difference between temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements?

As a full-service agency, we offer temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.

Temporary: Short or long-term placements with no intention of going on the client company’s payroll.

Temp-to-Hire: These placements give the client company an opportunity to test out a candidate’s skills and fit by having them work in a temporary capacity before placing them on our client’s payroll.

Direct Hire: We would recruit and prescreen the candidate for you, and they are your employee from their first day!

Can you help us find specialized or hard-to-fill roles?

YES! As a full-service staffing company, we have recruiters who specialize in hard-to-fill roles.

How long does it take to fill a position?

There are many factors that impact how long it takes to fill a position. The most common factors are the skills you’re looking for, desired pay rate, and demand in the area.

Who manages payroll and employment paperwork?

If you opt for a temporary or temp-to-hire position, Will Source will manage all payroll and new hire paperwork. If you are looking for a direct hire option, the candidate will go directly onto your payroll and you will be responsible for the employment paperwork.

What happens if a placement doesn’t work out?

If a placement isn’t the right fit, our team will work with you to find a replacement as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make sure your business needs continue to be met.

Do you handle background checks, drug testing, or onboarding?

Will Source pre-screens candidates according to your exact specifications. We take the time to fully understand what’s important to you in a new employee. Then, we use that information in our recruiting and qualifying processes. That ensures you don’t waste valuable time meeting with candidates who don’t fit your needs.
