As an employee working on a temp-to-hire assignment, you’ll begin working as a Will Source employee on our payroll for one of our clients who may be seeking a new team member to add to their staff. After a period of time, if you and the employer agree, you will move to the employer’s payroll, having had the opportunity to try-out the job without making a commitment.
